Consider the placement of the stones along, if you are creating outdoor steps with a comparable increase to an internal staircase. Using previous measurements, you must add four pavers for each elevator between treads. Multiply the number of pavers for the tread by the number of proposed steps. Buy a few extra in case you discover broken or chipped cobbles to install.
